Andrew Shores

Andy Shores is a lifelong Arkansan who graduated from Alma in 2000.  He then earned a degree from Arkansas Valley Technical Institute of Ozark with a certification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration in 2002.  Andy has worked for two different prominent HVAC companies over the last 19 years, building on his knowledge and abilities in the trade. He has acted as a crew leader for many years, and has been foreman on many large commercial and industrial projects.  Now as an owner, his years of experience have given him a well rounded knowledge of the HVAC industry (service, install, duct design). Andy accepted a partnership with Eric Ryan in early 2017, happily joining the Fusion team.   

Eric Ryan

Graduating from Arkansas Valley Technical Institute in 2002 taught Eric the fundamentals of heating and air conditioning.  Acting as general contractor in the building of his own home taught him all about the composition of homes. Eric decided that he wanted to further his education and went on to graduate from the University of Arkansas of Fort Smith with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and minor in business.  His social and communication skills made him a natural fit in sales and hospitality roles while attending college. After gaining more experience in sales and consultation, Eric was drawn back to the possibilities of improving people’s lives in their home. Eric founded Fusion Heat and Air in November of 2016.

We graduated from Arkansas Valley Technical Institute in 2002, and have come full circle. Cumulatively we have 20+ years in the HVAC trade, and are proud to throw our hat in the ring! Thank you to all of the family and friends who have given us your business and support so far!
